What is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Life coaching is future-focused and supports clarity, growth, and aligned action.
Unlike therapy, it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or focus on
healing past trauma.
How often do we meet?
Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their needs and pace.
How do I get started?
Schedule a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to connect, discuss your
goals, and explore whether coaching feels like the right fit.
Do I have to commit to a package right away?
No. There is no obligation to commit before you’re ready.
Who is this coaching for?
This work is for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, gain clarity,
and move forward with intention—especially after years of prioritizing others.
Are packages refundable?
Coaching packages are offered at a reduced rate to encourage commitment and
momentum and are non-refundable once started.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late
cancellations incur a 50% session fee.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. All coaching conversations are private and handled with care and respect.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience.
